Since it's wet and windy outside here, and I know it's getting colder up there in the Northern Hemisphere, here's a really simple slow-cooked dinner for you (so simple, you've probably done it before...)!  :)

My slow-cooker is only 3.5 litres, so for a large slow-cooker, just double the amount of ingredients.
